What you buy
UNSAY is operated by Raj Sajnani. It is a shared wordplay website. Reading, writing, rewriting and voting are free. Optional one-time purchases ban one exact, case-insensitive English word on the UNSAY answer board. There are no prizes, cash payouts, wagers, or investment returns.
A temporary ban costs $1 for an ordinary word, $2 for a popular word, or $5 for a supported company or product word. It lasts ten minutes from server confirmation of successful payment. Popular means a word on our published list or used in at least three current visitor answers. Only company words require existing use by a real visitor; fictional starter answers do not count. Eligibility and base price are frozen when checkout opens.
Lifetime bans
A lifetime ban costs $99 and remains active for the operating life of UNSAY, including future board rounds. This is not a promise that the website will operate forever. One successful lifetime purchase is available across the whole website each week, starting Monday at 00:00 UTC. Refunding a fulfilled lifetime purchase does not create another slot that week.
Checkout and delivery
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record and collects payment and billing details on its hosted checkout. Its applicable consumer terms also apply. Prices are in USD before applicable tax, shown before you pay. No purchase is applied based only on a browser redirect. Our server verifies the payment.
Opening checkout reserves its word and temporary or weekly slot for up to 24 hours, with a short processing allowance. A lifetime reservation ends no later than the end of its UTC week. Complete payment within that window. If confirmation arrives after a reservation has expired, or we cannot deliver the purchased ban, we issue a refund. Closing checkout does not immediately cancel its reservation. If the word receives a temporary ban while payment is processing, your ten minutes are added after its existing expiry.
The scope of a ban
Bans affect the shared answer board and prevent the word in new answers and rewrites. They do not remove content from other websites, erase original submissions, or remove replay and rewrite histories. Exact words match: a ban on “cat” does not ban “catch”. Temporary bans may affect future answers even when no current answer uses the word.
Community rules
Do not submit threats, hateful abuse, personal information, harassment, illegal content, or claims impersonating another person. Use company names for wordplay, not to imply endorsement. We may moderate content and restrict abusive use. You retain your content and grant us permission to display it on UNSAY and in its replay and sharing features. Avoid sharing anything you want to keep private.

Contact rajsajnani43@gmail.com with your order reference or Dodo receipt. Our refund policy covers delivery failures, duplicate charges and your statutory rights. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding purchase agreement to pay.
